In order to meet the high quality and turnaround demands of the sectors that we serve, we are continually investing heavily in our 5 axis machining tooling and machinery. Our state-of-the-art tool holding and work holding allows us to prove out and get jobs up and running quickly and efficiently, and then offer a 24/7 manufacturing service.

We currently have seventeen 5 Axis CNC Milling machines, most of which are automated with multi-pallet robots (100 pallet automation systems), giving us the capability to move from one-off prototyping work to medium / high volume production, all within the same cycle. This also enables us to minimise waste, reduce cycle times and improve accuracy.

Our advanced CAD /CAM system, combined with the expertise of our technicians, allows us to reliably simulate jobs prior to manufacturing, resulting in quicker set-up times. Thereafter, we always aim for one-hit machining. Our work-holding allows us to go straight from the saw to the machine, avoiding wasteful pre-machining operations.
